After the past weeks attacks and violence against Tesla dealerships including multiple attacks in Salem the March 24 "Tesla Takedown" is a highly dangerous escalation.

This coordinated event across 500 dealerships with the stated by the organizers, propose of damaging the stock price of Tesla is a clear case of Market Manipulation and violates the Securities Act of 1934.

Indivisible is a Soros funded organization that actively tries to tear down western civilization. The goal of destroying Tesla through terror and make no mistake this is planned terrorism to drive off customers and intimidate employees. They plan to illegally "occupy" the dealerships.

The Indivisible program here is just to tear down. They offer nothing in return. Like every other rage fueled mob, there is little chance that merely chatting slogans from across the street will sate their rage. Almost every other "protest" at a dealership has resulted in violence and vandalism. Monday will be no different.

Local police and possibly the NG, need to be mobilized to make sure the customers and employees are safe.

Prominent leftist commentator Rick Wilson has call for Tesla to be "killed" and attacked. He is only the latest in a string of leftist politician and commentators calling of the destruction of Tesla. A mere 3 years ago Tesla was a darling of the left. My, how leaving the leftist cult changes things.

Tesla employs 80k and is one of the largest American companies. It's stock supports pension funds across the nation including Oregon's. PERS has 239,423 shares of Tesla worth over 135 million.

All of this is against a background of SWATing of conservatives and tacit approval from democrats.

The conditions are set for the violence to get out of hand. Stay safe.
